Roads-Site-Wide Pavement Improvements
The project scope will include roads and sitewide paving improvements on the Penn State Berks campus. Improvements include flexible base repair, crack seal, seal coat, line stripping, etc. Base Bids are accumulative to develop the Cost of Work. Alternates are not included in the Cost of Work but may be added at the University’s discretion, depending on work schedules and available funding.
Bidders shall be prequalifed in Penn States' system for "Paving". See https://www.opp.psu.edu/planningdesignconstruction/contractor-pre-qualification

For purposes of this Bid, all bidders must be added to e-Builder by Penn State; please disregard the Create Account feature on the e-Builder Login page.
Bidding documents must be obtained through the e-Builder Bid Package. To request Bid Package access, complete the eB Company Contact Template, (scroll to Excel Document below), and email it to oppdc-bids@psu.edu In the Subject Line of your email, please type "Request Access, PSU 08171, BK Roads Pavement" The Contact’s email address that is provided on the Template must be associated with a person. Bid Access won’t be created for a departmental or corporate email address. Bid Package Access is not immediate. Please allow time for Penn State to process your Request. When your Request is complete, a Bid Notification will be sent. The Bid Notification provides access to the Bid Package, including all bid documents, any addendum, and the ability to submit a proposal.
