UP-Rec Hall Renovations for Kinesiology

HHD Kinesiology Rec Hall Racquetball Conversion Request: Renovations of nine existing ground-level squash courts, circulation space, and mezzanine at the Recreation Building Unit ‘C.’ The renovation includes work necessary to create five classrooms, a research center, storage, a mechanical room, toilet rooms, and AV and telecom rooms. The research center includes an enclosed office and reception area, a blood draw room, a single-user toilet, and storage closets. The Rehab Room includes a hydro room. Exterior renovations include renovations of building necessary to create an accessible entrance.
