AB-Physical Education Roof Replacement
The project will re-roof the existing Physical Education Building at Penn State Abington. The new roof is an EPDM assembly. Fall protection will be added to the roof as part of the project scope. The project is DGS. Contractors must be PSU prequalified in roofing. Abatement will be contracted directly by the University.
Roofers must be PSU pre-qualified.
Bidding Documents
Bids will be received electronically only through the e-Builder Bid Portal. Bids in any other format will not be accepted. To access the Bid Documents, the potential bidder must have or create an Account in the e-Builder Bid Portal. The User Name for your Account is usually your email address.
The Bid Package(s) are listed in the table below. Each Bid Package has a project-specific link. This link takes you to the e-Builder Bid Portal; from there, the potential bidder completes the prompts and can access bid documents and submit a bid.
Bid Document access is intended for use by the bidder, their company, and entities involved in formulating the bid response. Distribution of information or documents to plan rooms or websites for the sole purpose of advertising this project is prohibited. Bid Document access will not generate a Bidders List. Subcontractors and Suppliers should contact the project’s A/E regarding this.
