While the prebid meeting is not mandatory for the GCs, it IS MANDATORY for any Penn State prequalified asbestos abatement contractor who wishes to submit a bid to the bidding GCs.

BID SUBMISSION: Bids will be received electronically, only through the e-Builder Bid Portal. Bids in any other format will not be accepted.

BID DOCUMENTS: To access the Bid Documents, the potential bidder must have or create, an Account in the e-Builder Bid Portal. The User Name for your Account is usually your email address. NOTE: Bidders no longer need to request Access and be added to e-Builder by PSU.
