Construct a new approximate 142,000 sq. ft. building with six floors with general-purpose classrooms, instructional laboratories, dry (data-driven) research space, wet (fume hood) research space, museum/collections space, faculty offices, graduate offices, and administrative support areas.

All bids will be submitted via BuildingConnected. This project consists of bid packages funded by the Pennsylvania Department of General Services (DGS) and the balance of the packages funded by the University.

As a project delegated to Penn State by DGS, some of the bid openings will be public via Zoom Webinar, where registration is required. Zoom will send event information by email after registration is complete. A registration link is provided within each bid package.
