Renovations to Senat Hall
Work includes replacement of the exterior cement board siding, roof modification, addition of gutters and downspouts with associated civil work and heat trace system, modification of existing fan coil units, the addition of interior mechanical make-up air units with structural modifications and new ductwork, interior drywall, patch and paint.
Bidding Documents
Bids will be received electronically only through the e-Builder Bid Portal. Bids in any other format will not be accepted.
To access the Bid Documents, the potential bidder must have or create an Account in the e-Builder Bid Portal. The User Name for your Account is usually your email address. NOTE: Bidders no longer need to request access to the Bid Documents and be added to e-Builder by PSU.
Bid Package(s) are listed in the table below. Each Bid Package has a project-specific link. Using this link takes you to the e-Builder Bid Portal. The potential bidder completes the prompts and can access bid documents and submit a bid.
Bid Document access is intended for use by the bidder, their company, and entities involved in formulating the bid response. Distribution of information or documents to plan rooms or websites for the sole purpose of advertising this project is prohibited. Bid Document access will not generate a Bidders List. Subcontractors and Suppliers should contact the project’s A/E regarding this.
