Design & Construction

The Design and Construction Division provides the successful and collaborative execution of design and construction projects at Penn State, and is organized into five teams: Construction Services, Contract Administration, Design Services, Project Management and Renovation Services.

Manages construction contract phase of projects to ensure standards are met, schedules are maintained and safety is assured

Provides architectural/engineering services for various disciplines supplemented by outside forces when needed

Responsible for performing customer funded construction and select major maintenance projects.
