Project Description: 

PJ Dick is acting as the Construction Manager at Risk for the Willard Building Renovation Project which will be occupied by the Pennsylvania State University Donald P. Bellisario College of Communications. The project will consist of replacing existing mechanical, electrical, and life safety systems within Willard (approximately 58,000 sf) as well as a 3-story addition (approximately 5,000 sf) and renovations & upgrades to the interior spaces, window replacement, masonry restoration and re-caulking, site improvements and broadcast systems/AV equipment integration.  The total construction budget for the project is approximately $25M.
