Project Description:
Project involves the upgrading the entire building HVAC system to a gas fired packaged VAV roof top system with gas fired boilers for VAV box reheat coils. A new boiler room will be created to house the boilers, hot water pumps, and associated accessories for the hot water system.This project also includes making the minor space zoning changes. In addition, a new gas line will be needed to be installed to feed the boilers.
