Project Description: 

This project consists of a new 68,000 SF, 251 bed residence hall on the Penn State Behrend Campus.  Construction is scheduled to begin 12/1/2016 with a substantial completion of 7/1/2018.  The building structure will be a block and plank structure with a mostly masonry facade.  The roof will be a sloped metal roof supported by a truss system.
