Project Description: 

Install a new fire pump room and fire pump in the existing basement of the Theater Building.  The fire pump will feed sprinkler upgrades in the Theater Building and a fire line running through the Theater Building & Music II Building into the Music I Building to service the new Recital Hall.  As a part of the sprinkler upgrades in Theater Building the existing theater rigging will be removed and replaced.  Also, the rigging access (misc metal ladders, platforms and catwalks) will be modified.  With the installation of the fire pump there will be electrical relocations and fire alarm changes in the Theater Building.

There will be three (3) bid packages/contracts for this project:
