Science Park Library Annex Facility Renovation

As Penn State University design build contractor we will be accepting bids for the Library Annex Renovation located in State College, PA.  Bids must be submitted electronically; the Project Manual contains specific instructions.  DO NOT send paper bid forms to Penn State.  Please see the documents for bid forms and scope of work for the bid packages.  Bid Packages include the following: 1. Selective Demolition, 2. Building Concrete, 3. Attic Insulation, 4. Spray on Vapor Barrier, 5. Drywall, In Wall insulation, Metal Studs and ACT, 6. Paint, 7. Vinyl Composite Tile and Carpet Tile, 8. Fire Protection.
