Penn State Hazleton Library Renewal - Knowledge Commons

Penn State Hazleton is planning on doing an approximately 27,000 sf renovation to the current two story library building. Scope includes replacement of the following: mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, telecommunications, interior finishes, exterior windows, doors, and roof.  A new sprinkler system is to be installed as part of the project. Abatement services will be included with the General contractors scope of work.  The Project is set to begin construction in May 2019 and will be completed in January 2020. General contractors are required to be pre-qualified.
