Balancing only for this related work: Connect building to Campus chilled water loop:  Demo and remove three (3) chillers, seven (7) chilled water pumps, seven (7) condenser water pumps, one (1) side stream filter, two (2) desicant dehumidifer units, and all associated control panels.  Furnish and install two (2) new chilled water pumps, two (2) new desicant dehumidifier units and required VFDs.
Replace approximately 62 VAVs on floors 1 through 5 of the Library.
