Project Description: 

The scope of work for this DGS-funded project consists of the complete removal of the existing roof and replacement with a new 3-ply roofing system located at the cooling tower area of the North Campus Chilled Water Plant as indicated on the drawings and specifications.  The roof replacement work will be conducted with the chiller plant in full operation, so dried-in conditions will need to be maintained at all times. The roof replacement area is comprised of approximately 14,500 sq ft. There are existing HVAC rooftop units, ductwork, piping, and other equipment that is to remain in place.  All mechanical and electrical work will be completed under current contracts.
