Construction Description: 

100% CD Package:

Project scope includes construction of a 118,888 SF seven-story new residence hall New Building B, renovations of two (2) buildings: 66,986 SF eight-story residence hall (McKean & Pennypacker Halls) as well as work within existing Johnston Hall (dedicated to Phase 1B building scope) and the project site work associated with Phase 1B.

Construction of the Phase 1B Scope of Work will begin on March 6, 2017 and will complete on August 10, 2018.

 

50% CD Package:

Project scope includes the scope of work required to support construction of a 118,888 SF seven-story new residence hall New Building B and renovations of two (2) buildings: 66,986 SF eight-story residence hall (McKean & Pennypacker Halls) as well as work within existing Johnston Hall (dedicated to Phase 1B building scope) and project site work is to be included.  

Construction of the Phase 1B Scope of Work will begin on March 6, 2017 and will complete on August 10, 2018.

 

Advanced Steam Line Package:

Project Scope includes the advanced steam line scope of work required to suppport construction of a 118,888 SF, seven-story residence hall, New Building B and renovations of two (2) buildings: 66986 SF, eight-story residence hall (McKean & Pennypacker Halls) as well as work within existing Johnston Hall (dedicated to Phase 1B building scope) and project site work to be included.

Construction of the Advanced Steam Line Scope of Work will begin October 31, 2016 and will complete on February 7, 2017.
