Bidding Documents: For purposes of this Bid, all bidders must be added to e-Builder by Penn State; please disregard the Create Account feature on the e-Builder Login page.
Bidding documents must be obtained through the e-Builder Bid Package. To request Bid Package access, complete the eB Company Contact Template, (scroll to Excel Document below), and email it to oppdc-bids@psu.edu In the Subject Line of your email, please type "Request Access, PSU 00-06416.00, College & Heister Sidewalk & Utility". The Contact’s email address that is provided on the Template must be associated with a person. Bid Access won’t be created for a departmental or corporate email address. Bid Package Access is not immediate. Please allow one business day for Penn State to process your Request. When your Request is complete, a Bid Notification will be sent. The Bid Notification provides access to the Bid Package, including all bid documents, any addendum, and the ability to submit a proposal.
