Pre-bid Note:
It's encouraged if you are a roofing contractor to bring with you to the pre-bid an Electrical Contractor, Mechanical Contractor, Crane Equipment Provider, and a Misc. Metals Contractor. An air handler will need to be lifted off the roof and re-installed to complete the scope of work.

Pre-qualification Documents are available as part of the Bid Documents or can be obtained directly from Tina Petrie (tina.petrie@butz.com) at Alexander Building Construction Co. Pre-qualification documents shall be submitted directly to Tina Petrie (tina.petrie@butz.com) at Alexander Building Construction Co. by time of bid.
