Planned roof replacements and remedy of systemic issues such as drainage, mechanical support, and improved fall protection on the following buildings which have been designed for potential 2021 projects.

Bid Package One is comprised of two (2) bid packages:

  • Bid Package 1.01 – Slate Shingle Roofing
  • Bid Package 1.02 - Asbestos / PCB Abatement

Prequalification: 

Bidders must be prequalified by Alexander Building Construction Co.  Prequalification Documents are available as part of the Bid Documents or can be obtained directly from Tina Petrie (tina.petrie@butz.com) at Alexander Building Construction Co.  Prequalification documents shall be submitted directly to Tina Petrie (tina.petrie@butz.com) at Alexander Building Construction Co. by May 21, 2021.
