Project Description: 

L.F. Driscoll Company, LLC is the Construction Manager for the James Building Replacement Project in State College, Pennsylvania. The existing James Building located at 123 S Burrowes Street will be demolished, and a new 6-story, 85,000 SF building with one level of below grade parking will be constructed in its place. The new James Building will serve as an innovation and technology hub for the University.
