Diversity at OPP
From the OPP Diversity Team:
"It is our hope that you will find useful information about OPP diversity efforts and links to University diversity resources that may be helpful. OPP and Penn State are committed to providing a welcoming environment for all our employees that fosters mutual respect and understanding so that everyone can pursue their objectives as productively as possible."
Commitment to Diversity
We want to affirm our personal commitment to the University's values of dignity and respect for all individuals regardless of their personal characteristics. We want the work culture at the Office of Physical Plant to be free of bias and prejudice. We expect everyone to be able to come to work and not worry about being harassed or demeaned. We also expect that all employees will interact with all members of the University community in a professional and respectful manner regardless of their own personal beliefs or backgrounds. We want to encourage any of you who experience or witness intolerance to come forward. We will achieve our goal of a bias-free environment if we all do our part to ensure that we treat the people around us with kindness, respect, and dignity.
