Communications

OPP communications handles internal and external communications efforts. The team's responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Overseeeing OPP's web presence, including development and maintenance for the OPP website and managing OPP's social media presence
• Serving as the media liaison
• Drafting news stories for the website and Penn State News
• Assisting with customer service via website inquiries
• Developing the OPP communications strategy
