Replacement of the existing shower assembly and associated shower plumbing fixtures in the
bathrooms; limited repair of adjacent finishes required by the demolition and replacement work;
and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents in the seven halls that comprise the student
residences in The Woods complex; Pepperwood, Evergreen, Juniper, Ivy, Willow, Poplar, and
Amber.
