Chambers Science Wing (Roof and Penthouse)

The base scope of work for this contract includes the installation of a new roof and penthouse.  Scope includes demolition of existing rooftop mechanical equipment and their associated curbs and concrete infilling, safety rails, ladders, roof drains, and structural exhaust duct.

PSU Renovation Services will install all mechanical/electrical wotk associated with the penthouse, disconnect utilities associated with the rooftopp mechanical equipment, and extend roof drain piping to just below the roof level.
