The Masonry & Facade Repair Program consists of various masonry and facade repairs to multiple buildings at the University Park campus.  Bid Package 1 is comprised of two (2) bid packages, Masonry & Facade Repairs (1.01) and Asbestos/PCB Abatement (1.02).

Selections for each package will be made through a qualifications and price based best value process.

Bidders must be prequalified by the CM for this project.  Contractor Pre-Qualification and Safety Questionnaire Documents are included in the Project Manual.  Documents are required to be completed and submitted at the time of bid.
