Penn State Erie, The Behrend College Parking Deck - Phase 2

Project Scope: This Project involves providing 2.5 additional levels of precast parking deck,
extending the height of the existing stair and elevator shaft to provide access to the added levels
of parking. Work also includes the addition of a new elevator, brick veneer around the exterior
of the entire garage. At this time, pricing for only the Steel and Glass & Glazing Packages is
being solicited.
Structural & Miscellaneous Steel - Bid Package #05:
The scope of this Bid Package includes:
1. Furnishing and installing all of the structural steel, steel decking and related items as
detailed in the bid documents.
2. Furnishing relief angles and other miscellaneous steel items which will be installed by
others.
3. Furnishing and installing all of the aluminum stair railings and aluminum rails in new areas
of the parking deck expansion.
Glass & Glazing - Bid Package #08:
The scope of this Bid Package includes:
1. Furnishing and installing all of new Curtainwall system and all associated glazing and
miscellaneous trim pieces.
2. Furnishing and installing aluminum entry doors and hardware.
3. Furnishing and installing new spandrel glass in existing curtainwall system.
