To qualify and be eligible to bid the project, all potential bidders must attend the first  Scheduled Pre-Bid Meeting (Mandatory) on Wednesday February 8th, 2017 from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Bidders that do not attend the stipulated Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be disqualified.
