Dairy Admin A Renovations include converting the 1st-floor administration area to student housing and renovating the second-floor housing. The First Floor will have an accessible bedroom, kitchen, and living space. The second floor includes four bedrooms and four bathrooms. The scope includes HVAC improvements, electrical, plumbing, abatement, and select structural demolition. Site work will include concrete pads for HVAC equipment and re-striping of the existing parking lot.
