Modifications to steam utility system for conversion to high-pressure steam. Modifications within six existing steam manholes and installation of a new steam manhole south of Westgate Building. Pressure-reducing station modifications in Research Building West, Noll Lab, and Westgate. Temporary steam measures for the duration of the project.
