UP- START+Lab NARCO Building

The Pennsylvania State University intends to complete a small addition and partial interior renovation at the NARCO Building located at 3127 Research Drive, a short distance from the University Park Campus. The construction of the START+ Lab aims to support research in reducing CO2 emissions from aviation by testing advanced turbine cycles and colling technologies. We anticipate that the lab will occupy 12,000 – 15,000 GSF, and the selected D-B team will be responsible for working with the research team and PSU to determine the “best fit” location.
