Project Description: 

The project is located on S. Burrowes Street in downtown State College. The overall program covers demolition of the four (4) existing RTU’s and associated steel dunnage, as well as the installation of new: steel dunnage, screen wall & steel support structure at mechanical platform and roof level, access stairs, roof hatch, two (2) equally sized replacement AHU’s (32,000 cfm each) to serve the entire building, and a full roof replacement.

Bid Package Two is comprised of two (2) bid packages:

  • Bid Package 2.01 – Structural and Miscellaneous Steel
  • Bid Package 2.02 - Roofing and Metal Panels

Prequalification: 

Bidders must be prequalified by Alexander Building Construction Co.  Prequalification Documents are available as part of the Bid Documents or can be obtained directly from Tina Petrie (tina.petrie@butz.com) at Alexander Building Construction Co.  Prequalification documents shall be submitted directly to Tina Petrie (tina.petrie@butz.com) at Alexander Building Construction Co. by May 21, 2021.
