Administration Building Elevator Addition
Penn State Schuylkill is planning to construct an elevator and stair addition to the Administration Building. The project will require demolition of the existing stair and associated program space. Interior renovations will be required at the connection of the addition. The project will be bid as a single prime contract to pre-quailfied general contractors. The abatement scope will be bid separate through Penn State. The Project is set to begin construction in December 2020 and will be completed in July 2021.
Pre-qualified contractors will be required per PSU Section A - Notice to Bidders.

For purposes of this Bid, all bidders must be added to e-Builder by Penn State; please disregard the Create Account feature on the e-Builder Login page.
Bidding documents must be obtained through the e-Builder Bid Package. To request Bid Package access, complete the eB Company Contact Template, (scroll to Excel Document below), and email it to oppdc-bids@psu.edu In the Subject Line of your email, please type "Request Access, PSU 04876, SL-Admin Elevator" The Contact’s email address that is provided on the Template must be associated with a person. Bid Access will not be created for a departmental or corporate email address. Bid Package Access is not immediate. Please allow time for Penn State to process your Request. When your Request is complete, a Bid Notification will be sent. The Bid Notification provides access to the Bid Package, including all bid documents and the ability to submit a proposal.
