New ARFF building of approximately 8,400 SF including associated site work, drainage, utility and paving, concrete slab, foundations, masonry (load bearing and decorative), metal wall panels, steel roof framing, metal roofing, interior metal stud and wall framing, interior finishes and ceilings, mechanical, electrical, pluming, fire protection systems for a complete and working building.
The construction estimate is $4,700,000.00 to $5,300,000.00
