Project Description: 

The project is an addition and renovation to the Lasch Football building, occurring in multiple phases.  Phase 1 of the project will include a back entrance and lobby addition, weight room expansion, and a renovation of the existing sports medicine area inclusive of demolition, new enclosure, foundations, structure, MEP systems, graphics and interior finishes.

Prequalification information is in section 13 of the Request for Proposal. Prequalification is NOT required to bid, only proposal finalists need to complete online prequalification. Finalists will receive a prequalification invite from Mortenson/TradeTapp.
