Due to current COVID-19 virus concerns, Office of Physical Plant Contract Administration has determined that bids submitted for this project MUST BE transmitted via email to oppdc-bids@psu.edu.  NO bids delivered “in-person” will be accepted.  This will be effective until otherwise directed.

The Subject Line of the email must be formatted exactly as specified below: 

PSU BID, Project Number (00-#####.##), Contract Type and Number, Company Name, Bid Due Date (MM/DD/YYYY)

If the bid submission exceeds the file size limit of the email system, provide a link to a shared storage service, such as Dropbox, Box, OneDrive.

Contractors are strongly encouraged to use Read and/or Delivery receipts when transmitting their email.

Any email bids received after the date and time specified will not be considered.
