Classroom Building Lab Renovations

Penn State Schuylkill is planning to renovate portions of the Classroom Building.  This includes renovations of the Physics, Chemistry and Radiological Sciences classroom and laboratory spaces.  The revisions will include finish upgrades along with spatial reconfiguration and include new mechanical, electrical, plumbing and sprinkler systems for the respective lab spaces.  New casework and fume hoods will be part of the chemistry lab renovation.  The project will be bid as a single prime contract to pre-quailfied general contractors.  The abatement scope will be bid separate through Penn State.
