Phase IV Upgrades include new HVAC units, reverberation chamber ductwork, new ADA dressing room, upgraded finishes in remaining dressing rooms, creation of courtyard space where existing abandoned equipment is located, replacement of auditorium lighting and hazardous material abatement to support the work.
