Bidding Documents:  For purposes of this Bid, all bidders must be added to e-Builder by Penn State; please disregard the Create Account feature on the e-Builder Login page.  Bidding documents must be obtained through the e-Builder Bid Package. To request Bid Package access, complete the eB Company Contact Template, (XLS located on Project informaton page)), and email it to oppdc-bids@psu.edu  In the Subject Line of your email, please type "Request Access, PSU 07475, HUB Parking Deck and Facade" The Contact’s email address that is provided on the Template must be associated with a person. Bid Access won’t be created for a departmental or corporate email address.  Bid Package Access is not immediate. Please allow one business day for Penn State to process your Request. When your Request is complete, a Bid Notification will be sent. The Bid Notification provides access to the Bid Package, including all bid documents, any addendum, and the ability to submit a proposal.
