Bidding documents must be obtained through the e-Builder Bid Package. To request Bid Package access, complete the eB Company Contact Template, as noted on previous page, and email it to Penn State. For purposes of this Bid, all bidders must be added to e-Builder by Penn State; please disregard the Create Account feature on the e-Builder Login page.  A Bid Notification will be sent. The Bid Notification provides access to the Bid Package, including all bid documents and the ability to submit a proposal.
