Bidding documents must be obtained through Building Connected. The potential bidder must have, or create, an Account in Building Connected. Access to Building Connected can be found at the following link https://app.buildingconnected.com/login as well as through our website https://www.pooleanderson.com/bid-list/

CM Prequalifaction:

Poole Anderson requires all trade contractors be prequalified through our Pre-Qualification Form attached in the Appendices section. Contractors not already prequalified or contractors with an expired prequalification form will be asked to complete one prior to finalizing contracts.
